As we are an internet based VOIP operator, our 911 call works differently than traditional mobile phone operator. Hence, we always encourage our customers to use traditional mobile phone to call emergency 911 service.
If still customer is somehow, unable to call 911 service using mobile phone, we will help to reroute call to their nearest police station. We will need to verify customer’s information in this case
