Customer Information: Customers must provide accurate contact information, including their name and address as per their government-issued ID. They are responsible for updating this information if it changes.

Emergency Calling: SarhaanTech suggests using an alternate traditional phone service for emergency 911 calls, as it requires location tracking for law enforcement purposes.

Subscription Payments: Customers must pay their monthly subscription fee before the start of each subscription month and their yearly subscription fee before the start of each subscription year.

Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel their monthly subscription with one month’s notice. If they cancel a yearly subscription mid-year, it will be treated as a monthly subscription, and fees will be adjusted accordingly. Customers can return their phone analog device to Sarhaan Technology for a refund of the device fee if it’s in good working condition.

Prohibited Use: Customers are prohibited from using SarhaanTech services for unlawful or prohibited purposes, including transmitting material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of another’s privacy.

Cancellation by SarhaanTech: SarhaanTech reserves the right to cancel a customer’s subscription at any time without compensation if the customer fails to adhere to the above conditions or disagrees with them.
