911 Calling:
As an internet-based VOIP operator, our 911 calling procedure differs from traditional mobile phone operators. Therefore, we strongly advise our customers to use a traditional mobile phone to contact emergency 911 services. In the event that a customer is unable to use a mobile phone to call 911, we offer assistance by rerouting the call to their nearest police station. Please note that verification of customer information will be required in such cases.
