911 Calling:
As an internet-based VoIP operator, our 911 calling procedure differs from that of traditional mobile phone providers. We require your exact address when you order your phone system, and it is essential that you notify us at contact@sarhaantech.ca if you change your location. This is important because our system will display the address we have on file for you when connecting to emergency services.
For your safety, if you have not subscribed to the 911 feature, we strongly recommend using a traditional mobile phone to contact 911 directly.
